How do I place an order?

To place an order on our site;
- Add your desired item(s) to your shopping cart
- View and confirm your shopping cart order
- Enter any promotional code and/or e-voucher code (if applicable)
- Enter your delivery information and complete purchase
- Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email

Where can I check my order details?

Checking of order details online is only available for registered members. Sign up for an account to access your order details. Once logged in, registered members can view order details under "My Account", by clicking into your order number.

What do my order statuses mean?

- Open Order: Your order has been received.
- Delivering: Your order has been picked up by our courier and is on the way to you.
- Delivery Failed: Delivery was attempted but not successful.
- Delivered: Your order has been delivered and received.
- Waiting for Pickup: Delivery and redelivery attempts were not successful. You will be contacted to collect your order at CASIO office (Operating Hours Mon-Fri (excluding Public Holiday), 9:00am to 5:30pm) 
- Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled.

Can I amend my order?

You may cancel your order and place a new one if your order is still in ‘Open Order’ status. Please drop an email to sales@casio.com.sg to cancel your order and we will assist you as soon as we can.

I received the wrong item. What do I do?

Please drop an email to sales@casio.com.sg and we will assist you as soon as we can.

I accidentally checked out an order without keying in a promo code / using a voucher that I have. What do I do?

Please drop an email to sales@casio.com.sg and we will assist you as soon as we can. 

The discount does not show on the payment page even after I keyed in the promo code. What do I do?

Kindly check that you have met the conditions of use for the promo code such as: the minimum spend required, expiry date of promotion and eligibility of the products. If you still require help with your promo code, please drop an email to sales@casio.com.sg (stating your order number / promo code) and we will assist you as soon as we can.

Can I do a pre-order for exclusive/special products?

We may offer pre-ordering of selected products from time to time. Do check back regularly and also join our mailing list to receive first-hand updates!
