Is there a membership fee?
No, there are no fees involved. The Casio G-SHOCK membership is free for life.
Can I have more than one G-SHOCK Membership?
You may only register for and hold one G-SHOCK Membership at any time. This membership is non-transferable.
Will I receive a Membership Card?
No, you will not receive a physical membership card. You can access your virtual G-SHOCK membership card by logging in to your account page on the G-SHOCK app or website.
What are the membership tiers available?
There are two (2) tiers of membership:
Classic membership: This is the entry tier membership
Gold membership: A Classic membership will be automatically upgraded to a 1-year Gold membership upon accumulation of 2500 and above reward points earned.
Gold membership is maintained if member accumulates another 2500 and above reward points, within a 12-month validity period from the date of membership tier upgrade. Otherwise, it will be reverted to a Classic membership.

Be rewarded as a G-SHOCK member. Earn reward points with every qualifying purchase at CASIO G-SHOCK Stores, G-SHOCK app or website. Reward Points can be used to redeem Cash G-Vouchers or exciting gifts available in the Rewards Catalogue on the G-SHOCK app / website.
Receive Birthday G-Vouchers
Eligible for purchase made in your birthday month. (Subject to members who have submitted complete information on his/her Profile Page on the G-SHOCK app / website.)
Receive special offers which are exclusive to CASIO G-SHOCK members!
Receive information on the latest arrivals, special collaboration models and exclusive G-SHOCK offers sent directly to your inbox.

Do I need to update my contacts and personal information?
Please review and update your contact information to ensure you receive your birthday privileges and be informed of exciting collaboration models and new arrivals.
How do I update my personal particulars and change my password?
Simply login on G-SHOCK app / website and you can update your personal particulars under My Profile.

How do I earn Reward Points?
You must identify yourself as a CASIO G-SHOCK member by presenting your virtual G-SHOCK membership card found in the CASIO G-SHOCK App / website upon login to facilitate points calculation.
Classic members stand to earn one (1) Reward Point with every one Singapore Dollar (S$1.00) nett spent (excluding GST).
Gold members stand to earn (1.33) Reward Points with every one Singapore Dollar (S$1.00) nett spent (excluding GST).
Are there any exclusions in earning Reward Points?
1. Reward Points are not applicable for purchases of promotion/discounted-price items.
2. Use of Voucher(s) unrelated to G-SHOCK membership.
3. Purchases that are not made in G-SHOCK outlets, Casio Concept Stores and G-SHOCK official website in Singapore.
When will my Reward Points be credited?
Reward Points will be credited into your account upon completion of a qualifying transaction.
When will my points expire?
Reward Points will be valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
How do I check my balance points?
You can view your Reward Points summary under My Account.
Can I combine Reward Points with my friends?
Reward Points are non-transferable and are not exchangeable for cash or any form of credit. It cannot be shared with or transferred to family members, friends or others.

When will my redeemed item/gift be ready for collection?
Upon successful redemption of a rewards item, you will see the reward under My Voucher. Details on collection will be displayed on the voucher detail page.
During collection, please identify yourself by presenting your virtual G-SHOCK membership card found in the CASIO G-SHOCK App / website upon login.
How do I redeem Cash G-Vouchers?
To use the redeemed G-Voucher at any G-SHOCK stores or CASIO Concept Stores, please log in to your members account on g-shock.sg or G-SHOCK APP and present your Virtual G-SHOCK membership card.
A Cash G-Voucher is valid for 60 days from the date of redemption. If Cash G-Voucher is expired, your points used for this redemption cannot be reinstated.
How do I redeem a Birthday G-Voucher?
To receive the Birthday G-Voucher, you must have already submitted your complete information on the Update Profile page. If the complete information on the Update Profile page is submitted on your birthday month, you will receive the Birthday G-Voucher for your birthday in the following year.
Birthday G-Voucher will be made available under My Vouchers at the start of your Birthday month. A Birthday G-Voucher entitles you to a one-time 10% discount off regular-priced CASIO products, purchased within a single receipt at participating stores or G-SHOCK app / website in your Birthday Month.
To use your Birthday G-Voucher at G-SHOCK stores and Casio Concept Stores, please present your Virtual G-SHOCK membership card for verification purposes at any G-SHOCK stores and Casio Concept Stores. To use your Birthday G-Voucher on the G-SHOCK app / website, simply select “Use Voucher” at the checkout page.
May I cancel my redemption?
You cannot cancel your redemption once you have confirmed the redemption.
